Week 3

Already on the third week and we only have three weeks left! Well, we had our first test on our Gifts and Sacrifice class today. Then, we later discussed about Wordsworth's "The Old Cumberland Begger" and "The Discharged Soldier" and how they are portrayed as disconnected from the world. We also talked about the "Gift of the Magi" a story that many of us have heard. Later, at 3 PM we learned more about the Borghese at S. Cristogono and S. Maria in Trastervere. The topics were Papel Nephews and nepotism, Borghese magnificance at S. Cristogono with an onsite church comparison.

Later at 7:30 we had a cooking lesson from a chef as we learned how to make an italian 5 course meal. Of course, we also got to eat this meal. More about it later.
